🟩 ✨ Our Wristbands: A 4-in-1 Resource!

Our KEYS 365 wristbands are more than just accessories — they’re conversation starters and support tools you can wear every day.

  1. Start a Conversation

    1. Give someone a wristband and make a meaningful connection.

  2. Crisis Lifeline 988 Info

    1. Find the 988 number raised on the inside of the wristband. Call for yourself, for a friend, or to get advice and local resources.

  3. Show You’re a Safe Person

    1. Wearing the wristband signals that you’re someone others can trust and rely on for support.

  4. Access the KEYS 365 Website

  5. Visit our site for self-care tips, resiliency resources, and opportunities to engage.

Bonus: They glow in the dark!

🟡 🧍 Stress Balls: Firm or Squishy?
  1. Everyone has a preference — firm or squishy — but both can help with grounding and calming the mind.

Try this grounding technique with your KEYS 365 stress ball:

    • When you’re feeling relaxed, squeeze the stress ball and visualize something that brings you calm — the beach, a favorite location, pets, someone who makes you feel safe and seen, or a happy memory.

    • Squeeze the stress ball three times. With each squeeze, conjure a specific image or detail of that memory in your mind.

    • If practiced regularly, simply squeezing the stress ball will eventually bring up those peaceful, calming mental images.
