Janice Reynolds brings to KEYS 365 a unique blend of dedication, leadership, and community-centered experience. As an Air Force military spouse for 25 years, she developed a deep understanding of resilience, transition, and the power of strong support networks.

After her years within the military-family community, Janice served as Office Manager for Bella Maria LLC, a restaurant group in Jackson, Mississippi. She then expanded her experience by moving into the role of Catering Coordinator for Chicken Salad Chick in Thibodaux and Houma, Louisiana.

Today, Janice serves as Concierge for The Claiborne in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, while also serving as Executive Assistant for KEYS 365. In these dual roles, she combines her organizational and marketing expertise with her lifelong commitment to supporting military families and community wellness.

Grounded in service and relationship-building, Janice helps KEYS 365 foster authentic connection — creating spaces of hope, support, and resilience in every community we serve.
