Dan has a Ph.D. from the University of Kansas. Trained as a psychologist, he has consulted to businesses and not-for-profits for over thirty-five years, creating value by working with companies to enhance their performance, build and sustain high-performance teams, and translate their visions into the stories that articulate the unique advantages of their brands. Dan is the principal at Strategic Mentoring, a firm that both mentors candidates and teaches mentoring within organizations. Dan is also the principal in Syntient, a strategic consulting firm. He enables organizations to realize untapped potential by gathering intelligence, understanding it in relation to their strategic intent, strengthening organizational thinking skills, and then executing effectively within their strategic intent. Syntient’s target market is primarily small to mid-sized companies. His goal is to transform organizations from mediocre to good, and from good into indomitable competitors.
