Master Sergeant Clynton Trewyn has served in the Air Force for 12 years. He is a Cryptologic Intelligence Analyst stationed at Ft Meade, MD, where he currently serves as the First Sergeant for his Squadron of 200 Airmen, serving his Airmen each day with the compassion and care that he also provides to the community through his dedicated support to multiple non-profit organizations.

During his time in the service, he has been deployed multiple times to Afghanistan, Iraq, and Kuwait in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Inherent Resolve. He also serves as a Resiliency Trainer for the Air Force a​s well as a Five Voices Leadership Sherpa.

Clynton’s core belief is in a life of service, and he lives by that principle every day — both in and out of uniform. His dedication to serving others extends from teaching leadership, suicide prevention, and personal development in the classroom to ​b​eing a dedicated ​mentor to more than 100 Gold Star children across the country. In addition, he manages two local nonprofits that provide free goods to military families.​

His volunteer support has been recognized with both civilian and military National-level awards and provides him with an amazing platform to continue to find new and growing ways to give back.
